Shipping & delivery times

Ready-to-ship items

These pieces are already in our warehouse and are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Available-on-request items

These styles are specially sourced for your order and usually require 15 to 20 business days to arrive at our warehouse, followed by 5 to 7 business days for delivery to your address.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.

Why do we offer made-to-order and ready-to-ship products?

To offer a more curated selection, we work with both ready-to-ship pieces and items available on request.

This allows us to provide access to a wider range of styles, colors, and designs while also offering selected pieces that are available for quicker dispatch. Product availability is always indicated clearly on the product page.

How can I track my order?

As many of our pieces are specially sourced or prepared on request, all sales are considered final.

However, if your item arrives with a verified issue or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the matter carefully and assist you with an appropriate solution.
