Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and sourcing process, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- change of mind
- personal preference
- differences in expectation
- shipping delays caused by couriers or customs
- failure to review product details before purchasing
By completing a purchase, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Exchanges for Defective Items
An exchange may only be considered if the product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange, the client must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide:
- clear photos and/or videos of the issue
- proof of purchase
- full order details
Once the request has been reviewed, Rossina Studio will determine whether the item qualifies for an exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
The following do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:
- change of mind after purchase
- minor variations in color, texture, hardware, or finish
- differences caused by lighting or screen display
- personal expectations regarding the product
- normal signs related to handling or shipping packaging
- delays outside of our control
